古民家鑑定士が対象　現場講習会を都内で実施

　一般社団法人２００年住宅再生ネットワーク機構（愛媛県松山市、井上幸一理事長）は５月22日、古民家鑑定士を対象に現場講習会を実施する。対象家屋は築後90年近くを経た旧診療所など（東京都豊島区）。時間は午後２時から４時30分まで。

　古材鑑定士は、建築的見地などから古民家や古材の活用に向けたアドバイスを行うのが主な業務。2009年に第 UGG 激安
１回認定講習会を実施して以来、現在までに６６９人の資格者が誕生しており、建築や不動産業関係者の受験が多いという。
